Helping patients, families and clinicians

Patients

Your medication-assisted treatment is provided on an outpatient basis. Our team supports you with a treatment plan tailored to meet your specific needs. Depending on your situation, we can assist with both "detox" and maintenance programs. As you work with our providers and it is determined that you would benefit from counseling, we will help you connect with counseling services.

Family

We provide and encourage family participation in your loved one's program. Our team will assist with education about the medication-assisted treatment process to help you gain an understanding of how the program works. We encourage active family participation as clinically appropriate and with patient permission. Your encouragement and support of your family member can help them in their recovery process.

Clinicians

We welcome and encourage patient referrals from clinicians in our community. During your patient's treatment, we will communicate regularly (with patient consent) to update you on their progress and identify how we can collaborate with you on their overall health and well-being. Our team is available to answer specific questions on medication-assisted treatment and how it can support your patient's needs.
